Wellness means being healthy in many dimensions of our lives. As shown in the diagram, integrative health includes nutrition, exercise, stress reduction techniques, good sleep, emotional balance, lifestyle habits, yoga/mindfulness practices, and more. I have extensive knowledge and experience from years of working in an Integrative and Functional Medicine practice. I am also a certified Health Coach with Dr. Sears Wellness Institute, and completed a program to become a certified Integrative Health Practitioner.
With years of training in various health and wellness modalities, I offer an integrative approach to healthy living. I create personalized recommendations for my clients based on their priorities and health goals. If you are interested in learning more about one-on-one private sessions, please contact me to schedule a free 20-minute consultation. Virtual appointments are available.
To help you get started on your wellness journey, I have created a healthy grocery shopping list that I hope you will find useful. Aim for 75% of your diet to be plant-based. Healthy protein choices can be vegan, vegetarian, or animal-based depending on your preference. Please feel free to share this list with your friends and family.
My goal is to promote an inspiring and integrative approach to healthy living.
For preventative care and optimal wellness, I recommend at-home Functional Medicine Lab Tests. These lab tests look at the underlying root causes of why you might be experiencing discomfort or imbalances in your body.
If you are looking for nutritional supplements with the highest standards of purity and safety, without any additives or fillers, I recommend these excellent brands:
